Sales and refund policy
Once the deposit has been made, this is non-refundable, and this also applies then for each of the following deposits made by you the purchaser.
Please note that when buying new build properties deposits often are refundable due to if buyers circumstances change, we will make you aware of these circumstances at the time when you the purchaser is ready to pay the deposit.

According to article 103 of "Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios" (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts regarding services in several cases:

• To services that have been fully achieved
• To services that are being actually provided
• To those that require prior express consent from the seller, buyer or user, which imply that they are aware that, once the contract has been honoured, they lose the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does neither apply to contracts regarding the supply of digital content not provided on a hardware device, as long as its execution requires prior express consent from the consumers and users, who are therefore aware that they lose their right of withdrawal.

Thus, clients accepting this sales policy expressly agree and recognize the inexistence of the right of withdrawal.
